$350,000–$450,000 per year
We are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Non-Invasive Cardiologist to join our growing cardiovascular team. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive cardiovascular care in both outpatient and inpatient settings while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of physicians, advanced practice providers, nurses, and other healthcare professionals. This position offers the opportunity to manage a diverse patient population, participate in advanced cardiovascular diagnostics, and contribute to the continued development of a high-quality cardiology program. Key Responsibilities Evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients with acute and chronic cardiovascular conditions. Provide outpatient cardiology consultations and follow-up care. Participate in inpatient cardiology consultations and clinical coverage. Interpret ECGs, echocardiograms, stress tests, Holter monitors, and other cardiovascular diagnostic studies. Develop individualized treatment and cardiovascular risk-reduction plans. Manage conditions including coronary artery disease, heart failure, hypertension, valvular disease, and cardiac arrhythmias. Collaborate with interventional cardiologists, electrophysiologists, cardiovascular surgeons, and primary care physicians. Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records. Participate in quality-improvement and patient-safety initiatives. Educate patients and families regarding cardiovascular disease prevention and treatment. Required Qualifications MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school. Completion of an accredited Internal Medicine residency. Completion of a Cardiovascular Disease fellowship. Board Certified or Board Eligible in Cardiovascular Disease. Eligible for or currently holding an active New York State medical license. Current BLS and ACLS certification. Strong clinical judgment, communication, and interpersonal skills. Preferred Qualifications Board Certification in Cardiovascular Disease. Experience in non-invasive cardiology. Advanced training or certification in echocardiography. Experience with cardiac imaging and stress testing. Experience working in a multidisciplinary cardiovascular program.
